Call 1800 187 263 for the SANE support line. SANE is a mental health service for people with complex mental health issues and trauma, or mental health issues that last a long time. You can talk online or over the phone to people with lived experience.

You can call the National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline on 1800 880 052 if you have been hurt, treated badly or neglected. The National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline helps keep people with disability safe.
Anyone can call the hotline to make a report, like people with disability, their family members, friends and professionals.
If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment contact the National Relay Service (NRS) by calling 13 36 77 then asking for 1800 880 052.
For harm that happens online you can make a report to the eSafety Commissioner. It could be about cyber abuse or image-based abuse, like if someone shares photos or videos of you that are not okay.
Call 1800RESPECT if you are affected by family or domestic violence. They can help you find support close to where you live.
